During your first dental appointment we will complete a thorough dental examination including dental x-rays and a medical and dental history. If your case is more advanced we may take a CT scan; we have this facility at the practice.
We will then discuss all the options for improving your gums and smile. If you have been referred by your own dentist, a full written report will be sent to both you and your dentist. The patient report will include fees and an appointment schedule should you wish to go ahead. You will be informed about your next dental appointment.
We require 48 hours notice if you are unable to keep an appointment. This will enable us to reallocate the time to care for another patient. A charge will be made for missed appointments or late cancellations.
In this practice we take complaints very seriously indeed because we aim to provide every patient with a positive experience. Should a complaint arise this is dealt with courteously and promptly so the matter can be resolved quickly and satisfactorily. Please ask to speak to the practice manager if you have any issues, concerns or suggestions as to how we could improve our service to patients.
Credit facilities are available should you wish to spread payments over time. Interest-free and low cost loans can be a much more affordable alternative to credit cards or bank loans. A loan is easy to apply for and simple to repay by Direct Debit. All Finance options are provided by leading credit suppliers and are subject to status. Please ask to speak to the practice manager if you would like to discuss any of these options.
A deposit will be required for all treatments and payments are due at the time of the appointment.
